Apple diet

Fruits are essential in any diet because of its nutrients and few calories that provide the body. If one of your favorite fruits are apples and want to lose weight quickly, you'll love this apple diet.

The apple diet is very effective to lose weight while you detoxify your body. The apple fruit is highly valued in any type of regime and that not only helps us lose weight, but also moisturizes the skin, prevents certain diseases, reduces cholesterol ...

The apple diet can take several forms, we will point out two regimes.

The first menu that we propose is based on a less strict diet apple (to be followed for a week) and did not go hungry and get rid of calories also helps a daily exercise program.

Breakfast:

    Breakfast: An apple and coffee, tea or skim milk.
    Lunch: A low-fat yogurt
    Food: A low-fat yogurt and grated apple
    Snack: Low-fat yogurt
    Dinner: A low-fat yogurt and two grated apples.

With this diet you can lose two kilos quickly, but remember to do it only for two days.
